After finding her passion for adventure tourism during her studies in Iceland, Uka decided to study tourism management and cofounded “Travel Buddies”. She also has a decade of tour guiding and organizing experience. Uka manages tour operation and reservation.

Bayka recruits and manages handful of brilliant drivers, guides and cooks. He also organizes frequent tour guide, driver and staff training and orientation as well as evaluation program. Bayka is resourceful in many ways supporting our day-to-day activities.
