White Silence: Reindeer Tales
$2480
per personFar in Mongolia’s frozen north, where pine forests meet endless white horizons, a small community of reindeer herders keeps their timeless rhythm with nature. This winter journey invites you into that silent, snowbound world.
Fly to the remote Khuvsgul Province and travel across frozen rivers, forested valleys, and the wild taiga to meet the Tsaatan reindeer people, whose gentle herds graze among frost-covered pines. Stay in a cozy wooden lodge by the Jargant River, share fireside meals, and capture moments of life lived close to the land. Later, riding Mongolian horses along the icy shores of Lake Khuvsgul, the “Blue Pearl” turned silver under snow.
