Day 1: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia & Free Day
- Arrival in Ulaanbaatar, Capital of Mongolia
- Our driver will transfer you from Chinggis Khaan International Airport (check available services at the airport to your hotel (30-45 minutes)
- Free day in Ulaanbaatar (you can explore the city on your own – check suggested attractions to visit in Ulaanbaatar or book our city day tour)

- Distance: 30-40 minutes ride to the city center depending on city traffic

Day 2: Fly to Ulgii & Eagle Hunter
- Pick up from the hotel and transfer to the airport
- Fly to Ulgii town, Western Mongolia
- Meet your local driver and guide
- Drive to hunter’s village and meet your host – eagle hunter family
- Homestay in their winter house or yurt
- Meals: Lunch + Dinner
- Accommodation: Eagle hunter’s winter house or yurt
- Distance: Internal flight with Hunnu air – 3 hours and local drive 2 hours

Day 3 : Live with Eagle Hunters
- Spend a day with Eagle hunter family
- Ride horse to nearby mountain (1-2 hours’ easy horse ride or you can choose to hike instead)
- Learn from finding, training and hunting with bird of prey
- Have traditional Kazakh meals with the family and immerse in the culture
- Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
- Accommodation: Eagle hunter’s winter house or yurt

Day 4: Ulgii City Tour & Traditional concert
- Leaving the family, we will return to the Ulgii town
- Tour through the mosque, national museum, main square and bazaar-open market.
- Visit traditional Kazak art craft shops that offers great opportunity to buy local handmade rugs, handbags and costume.
- Watch traditional Kazakh concert
- Enjoy Turkish meal in one of the locally owned restaurant
- Stay overnight in a local hotel
- Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

Day 5: Fly to Ulaanbaatar + Khustai National Park
- Take a local flight to Ulaanbaatar
- Upon arrival drive to Hustai National Park
- Visit information center to learn about wild Przewalski Horses
- Observe wild horses that are numbered around 400
- Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
- Accommodation: Standard tourist Ger camp
- Distance: Internal flight with Hunnu air – 3 hours and 2.5 hours’ drive on paved and dirt road

Day 6 : Genghis Khan Statue + Terelj National Park
- Meet nomadic herder – learn daily chores including milking, rounding livestock and processing dairy products
- Drive to Genghis Khan Statue Complex
- Visit museum of the complex and try Mongolian traditional warrior/queen costume
- Drive to Terelj National Park; beautiful green landscape with unique Rocky Mountains and rivers
- Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
- Accommodation: Standard tourist Ger camp
- Distance: 3 hours’ local drive on dirt road

Day 7 : Husky Dog Sledding + Terelj
- Enjoy husky dog sledding for 3 hours in Tuul river valley
- Visit Turtle Rock; interesting natural rock formation looking like a turtle
- Hike to Ariyapala Meditation Temple (20-30 minutes) crossing the short trail bridge to 108 stairs
- Farewell dinner – Mongolian Traditional Food
- Transfer to the hotel
- Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

Day 8 : Departure
End of tour. Departure from Chinggis Khaan International Airport. Our tour driver will drop you off at the airport approx. 3 hours before your scheduled flight. We are happy to extend your trip to the other destinations of Mongolia (the Gobi desert, Central Mongolia, Northern Mongolia and Eastern Mongolia). - You will experience authentic nomad homestay enjoying hearty meals and drinks with local helping the nomad with daily chores from milking cow, processing dairy products (cooking milk, preparing butter) and rounding up livestock. Based on twin to quadruple occupancy, Guest ger are equipped with beds, sink to wash and table with chairs but no standard toilet, tape water, shower and electricity are provided.

- Local hotels & guesthouse have different standards but mostly basic. We use the best and clean local hotel & guesthouses in the region.
- We will cater authentic Mongolian and fusion meals as well as European meals during your travel. Special dietary requests such vegetarian, gluten-free and religious meals are available upon request in advance.
- Depending on the number of people, we provide 4WD car with A/C including Land cruiser, Lexus jeep and Mitsubishi Delica for comfort and efficiency. More less half of the Mongolian road is dirt and off-beaten. Depending on day-to-day program, we drive on asphalt and dirt road for as little as a couple of hours up to six hours with pleasant stops for toilet, photographs and stretching.
